Return Policy

We want you to love your LustraJet™ experience. If your item arrives visibly damaged, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your product.

• Proof of damage (photo or video) must be submitted with your request.

• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.

• Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage.
